Just finished this design for Glenn Layton to build as a spec in the beautiful Paradise Key neighborhood at Jacksonville Beach. It's gratifying to have builders seeing confidence in the economy's upswing, to build spec homes again. Looking forward to seeing this home in Paradise Key, so close to the beach. An amazing location! |

What an amazing view of the Florida Intracoastal
marsh! The Stubbs Residence is under construction, and being masterfully crafted by McCumber Homes of Ponte Vedra.
As you can see there were some design changes from our original concept, but we've found that that's one of the things our customers like about us: a willingness to work with them, making sure they get what they want.

We recently designed an office renovation for Jane DiLoreto's new Allstate office on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park. We're happy to say that construction in under way!

It's a great sign to see the local builders gaining confidence in the economy enough to develop stock plans and build spec homes again! We've been working with Magnolia Homes on a series of new homes that they are building in both the Jacksonville and Gainesville areas. |

We've begun working with First
Coast Pavers on some custom patio designs. Here is the first we've done, for the Paez Residence. They have a large, sloping back yard that is ideal for outdoor living. |
