A new family pool or recreation center is always a welcome center-piece to a townhome or community.  This pool cabana was designed for Governor's Pointe in Green Cove Springs. 

 

 

 

 

Here it is under construction,  almost ready for the kids to enjoy a swim before heading to the community boat docks for some fishing! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The county had some un-used property on Doctor's Lake in Orange Park and wanted to build a small park.  We worked with a local engineer to help visualize their proposed design.
